Thank you for your inquiry of 07/24/In that message you were forwarding a complaint from * *** regarding the preparation of his tax return. We prepared a return for him and his Mother’s Estate in accordance with the information he provided us and with the
current Tax Laws and regulations
Mr *** was concerned that his refund was less than last year. When we explained to Mr *** that his daughter no longer qualified for the child tax credit because she had turned he became confused and upset. Even though we explained that we just follow the law, as passed by congress, he remained upset
Even though we had completed the return as required we are returning his preparation fee of $
