In regards to the complaint the loan money was initially processed by credit card and when attempting to refund the money we were unable to process a credit card refund due to the fact that too much time had lapsedWe made several attempts to contact the credit card company and also our credit card transaction company but were unable to process the refundWe then proceeded to issue a refund check for the disputed amount directly drawn from our bank account to satisfy the customer's issueAll money has been refunded directly to the customer and the complaint resolvedWe have since been in contact with the customer both by phone and letter expressing our sincere apologiesThe customer is satisfied that this issue has been resolved
