I placed an order at this location and when I realized they had gotten my order incorrect I called to speak to someoneI put on the phone with a Spanish-speaking individualI informed the person I do not speak or understand SpanishHe told me none of the workers are gong to speak English and that I better speak SpanishWhen I called the next day to complain, the franchise owner became belligerent with me and hung up
