Placed an order and immediately received an order confirmationHowever after that I heard absolutely nothing! I emailed customer service twice about the status of the order with no responseInquired on Facebook as to a status of the orderThey blocked me from posting on their Facebook pageThen I suddenly got an order cancellationThe worst customer service and I think the entire company must be a scam as there was never a response! All I needed was an order update of any kind but instead they refused to respondI couldn't even find a phone number to call an inquireWould not recommend ordering from here! SCAM!

I placed an order with them on the and have tried reaching out to them twice through their website and on facebook and have heard nothing back yetAll I wanted was an update on when my order might be shipped out

I ordered my product on December 9, They accepted my payment right away but I have still not received my product and they have not responded to the several emails and Facebook messages I sent Initially, I just wanted an update on the order Then, I started requesting a refund After reading the reviews on here, I rechecked my bank account and that purchase is no longer on there No refund It's just no longer showing up I'm also blocked from their Facebook page Please don't purchase anything from this company It's clearly a scam

I placed an order on Nov 28, and was immediately charged and received a confirmation Still no product received and emails later with no response...I was hopeful but no luck There is also no phone number or address on the website for other forms of contact
