Freedom Mutual Insurance Company

We had hail damage to our home on 3/27/2020. We filed a claim, the company sent out an adjuster, then we received a quote. After speaking with a roofing company we and the roofing company agreed we weren't happy with the quote. The roofing company and myself have tried every form of contact to Freedom Mutual Insurance Co. hoping to ask for another investigation of the property with the roofer present, who is more than happy to practice social distancing and every phone number hangs up or doesn't go through. When we emailed the adjuster he said they would not do this because of the pandemic and to use the contact information in he email. We attempted to do so with no success. I am filing this complaint as it is very disheartening to try to work with a company we simply can not get a hold of. The letter they sent us says, "Please give a copy to your contractor. If they have any questions or concerns, please have them contact me prior to starting the repairs." My husband and I are unsure of how to proceed and find this to be very frustrating.
