On all drafts, the payments were sent to us via your bill pay serviceFreedom Mortgage did not draft these payments from your account; rather your bill pay service sent them to us. On July 27, 2016, Freedom Mortgage mailed you check # *** in the amount of $I have confirmed that this check, which represented a refund of two of the payments, was cashedOn August 18, 2016, check # *** in the amount of $was mailed to youYou should be receiving this check shortly which will complete the refund of the payments in question

I have been in contact with with a customer service representative who said he is working personally on the case Also, I have been told before that they are working on the case and nothing has been taken care of
The main reason why I am rejecting this is because nothing has been taken care of

I am rejecting this response because: I have never made a late payment and refuse to accept a negative credit rating of 641. My credit rating was prior to this fiascoMy loan was transferred from *** to Freedom, yet Freedom was sending all my mail to an old address I had prior to the townhome purchaseI never received notice that my payments were to be sent to a new address. I have no other option than to hire an attorney. Thank you, Revdex.com, for your efforts. I have also written both my Congressman and Congresswoman, asking for an investigation into this company. I have received a response from both of them so will pursue these other avenues.

Ms*** upon receipt of your complaint I asked the escrow department to review your concerns regarding the disbursement for homeowner insuranceThey advised that it appeared that our insurance vendor, while attempting to verify coverage determined that there was a payment owed on the
policy and they disbursed it as an advance and set up an escrow account to recover the advanceThis should not have occurredThe payment was sent to USAA who have just recently returned the funds which have been applied to the negative balance in the escrow accountThe account has been changed to non-escrowedI do apologize for the frustration this has caused you and we will review with our vendor the procedures they should have followedPlease let me know if there is anything further that I can do for youSincerely

Mr***, upon receipt of your complaint I asked the escrow department to review your fileAfter reviewing it was determined that you were correct the property is not in a flood zoneIt seems that there was a data error either on our system or that of our flood vendor that caused this
The lender placed policy has been cancelled, there is no requirement for private flood insurance and your account was analyzed and your new payment will be effective 5/1/We apologize for the error and will be looking of the root cause.

If you can help it DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYI have been a customer for almost two years and I have been asking repeatedly for a Tax reevaluation for months now and I have not gotten any response from the Tax departmentEvery time I contact them, they request the same thing I have sent them, my tax billMy mortgage has gone up by over $per monthThe reason: The Tax calculated is based on last year tax billI supplied them with a bill from the county and THEY JUST PAID half the amount of taxes recentlyThey have all the evidence and I have been getting the run-around from your customer service departmentI am unemployed and trying my best to keep up with my house payment and not defaulting on my loanHowever, I cannot get a single Manager to talk to me or call me backAll I get every time I call is excuses and lack of initiative from burned-out customer service representativesI am extremely frustrated and need your help PLEASEThe service is horribleThe people are terrible and there lack of initiative might cause some folks to go the foreclosure wayIf you have a choice in the matter, STAY CLEARWHY? Freedom Mortgage has much website failure which I believe is a move to charge and obtain extra $10-fees to pay by phone or via a repAs a business, they do not honor or help you when their website is down nor do they acknowledge any web errors
