Since June I have been trying to resolve this problem with Freedom MortgageEach month I am told that my mortgage has not been paidI have sent them copies of the checks and they constantly put my checks into uncategorized or all towards principle for the previous monthThey continue to add on late feesI have spent countless hours on the phone explaining their mistake and they still cannot get my payments rightI have lost total confidence in them keeping up with my loanI can't trust that they are charging me the correct amountThey sent me a check for overpayment of escrow and at the same time they are telling me that I owe them money for the escrowI sent them the money they said to send to them and still they cannot resolve the problem I have written letters but have not gotten a response

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all there is not a comprehensive action plan identified by Freedom Mortgage There are no associated dates for action completion How will Freedom Mortgage rectify the situation in regard to my mortgage refinancing as the error was their issue?
