Freedom Laser Therapy

I bought a laser therapy helmet on 8-2-2018 for $675. It came with a 6 month money back guarantee. I reached out to them in December to start the return process but they extended the warranty another 6 months which was very nice. Product still didn't work for me so I sent it back and they received it on 3-29-2019.
I never received my refund and I waited for 2 weeks because I was told it takes UP to two weeks. No refund received, so I make phone calls to them and push the issue.
Today, after two weeks and really pushing the issue, I get a photo showing that it was "broken" and I won't be getting a refund.
I caused no damage to that product. I carefully sent it back. The band for the helmet did wear off by it wasn't caused by ant damage I did. It was from wear and tear of the product. Why would I wait the entire time trying the product just to send it back at the last few months.
It wasn't working is why I sent it back.

Finally, today, when I have lost my patience now I get a photo that it came in "broken". I called the number earlier in the day and was rudely hung up on.
I want my money back guarantee.
