I have received my product! I am assuming by contacting you and you contacting them it got them moving! Although I am not satisfied with the product, I won’t go thru the hassle of trying to return it. I appreciate you guys and all you did to help me get what I paid for. Thanks again!

months, but our issue has been resolved. They finally sent us a return label earlier this week, the shorts were sent back, and a full refund was received. Thank you for your assistance!
I also filed a transaction dispute with my credit card company -- [redacted]. After the [redacted] dispute was filed, I received an email from the company notifying me that the last of the 3 hats would be shipped. There was no other e-mail, no apology, or anything. ...
Neither was there a refund for the funds I requested be returned. I did not want the last hat, as I would never support this company again. Inside the box that shipped to my address, was the hat by itself, and nothing else. "Stellar" customer service. Thank you for your assistance in the matter.
