Freedom Homes has contacted Mr [redacted] prior to this complaint and then again after Apparently there are mixed messages concerning the status and availability of the product used for Mr [redacted] 's polywall set-up Freedom Homes was told by our supplier that the color used on Danny's house was no longer available so a corrective measure was used to fill the cracks in the polywall Now, after receiving this complaint, we were made aware that this same supplier has some of the color plannels needed to replace the cracked ones Freedom Homes will find out what is actually available and from whom and see that Mr [redacted] finds a satisfactory solution to this complaint Mr [redacted] has agreed to our help in making this happenSincerely, Thomas [redacted] ** [redacted]
