Review: Since the loan (#[redacted]) was initially opened I have been trying to pay the mortgage loan approximately 2 weeks EARLY, as it is coordinated with my Social Security Disability check.

It was taking 10 - 15 days AFTER they received my payment before they would actually post it to my loan. I would call every month, several times until it was posted. Final after 3 months I got to speak with someone who said to use the automatic debt payment which could be set up on line. The person walked me through this set-up. It was scheduled for the 15th of each month, which is approximately 15-17 day BEFORE the actual due date.

On April 15, 2013 they there was an additional debt charge of $7.50 to my loan payment. When I call to inquire about this charge I was told it was a standard "Late Payment" fee. I tried to explain that the payment was MORE THAN 2 weeks EARLY. They reply was "This is our standard fee for payment received AFTER the 14 days from the 1st of the month.

I cancelled the on line debt and we are now bank to calling they as they do NOT post payment they receive for more than 10-15 days after they actually received it.Desired Settlement: Allow early automatic payments with OUT penalty or fees.
