Review: My Wife and I had Freedom Fence install fencing around our yard. Large privacy gate main post was not correctly installed. If you go to open gate in hangs due to post not being correctly installed. I contacted [redacted] one of the owners sevaral times. Both by phone and text since he had given me is cell phone number. He to respond to the first few messages. He agreed that he would send the installers back to fix the problem. This was over 2 months ago. For the past month he will not respond even if I leave a message on the buisness number. This gate and post most be repaired before gate falls off. So at this time I spent thousands having this work done and can not use this gate.Desired Settlement: Either they need to come and fix problem correctly or I have contacted another fence company who wants $200.00 to fix Freedom Fence's bad installation. So [redacted] needs to return $200.00 so I can have fixed correctly

Review: Purchase and had Freedom Fence in stall fencing around my back yard. Large side they install privacy fencing and gate. Post that holds up large gate was not installed properly. So if you try to open gate in hangs to the point that it seems like in is going to break off. [redacted] came to our home and seen and agreed the post was installed incorrectly and would be back in a few day to fix. Never showed up to fix. After 1 week my wife and I started to make several attempts to contact [redacted] owner. After over 25 attempts my wife finally spoke to one of his employees. Who told my wife he did not know why [redacted] was not having the post fixed. The fence and gate was installed and paid for on 4/2/14. It is now well over 6 weeks and it is not fixed. Copy of cancelled check or invoice can be provided if Revdex.com needs.Desired Settlement: I am looking for Freedom to come and fix or return $250.00 to get another fence company to fix post correctly. We had [redacted] come and verbal estimate we were told $250.00.
