routes are submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Department of Licensing. In accordance with the Instructor Examiners' Guidelines and requirements dated February 2014, a violation took place and therefore we were unable to pass Mr. [redacted]. In our business dealing with the general public and appointments, it is not uncommon for appointments to be running behind and our staff is trained to deal with these delays. However this does not interfered with the performance or judgement of any testing taking place. We apologize that Mr. [redacted] was unhappy with this process but activities were in in accordance with state guidelines. We are more than happy and willing to administer another driving test for Mr. [redacted], if he so chooses. Respectfully, Jack M[redacted]General Manager
