They have had my money for 2 months, keep lying and saying it will be shipped, I keep asking for tracking, today my request for tracking was answered with a 'we will cancel your order' Rude and unreliable, will open a dispute with
Label printed & waiting for parcel p/u. Purch. date 3/21 & pd for item via bank card. I inquried on 4/18 was told it would mail Monday. 4/27 - no pkg.
Tracking says label printed and waiting for parcel pick up. Purchase date March 21 and paid for the item via bank debit card. The funds were deducted from my account on 3/23. I have contacted [email protected] asking when the item will be shipped since I received the confirmation with a tracking number and was told on 4/18 that it would ship Monday. The tracking information still shows it is waiting for pick up today 4/27. If they cannot ship then I would like a refund. I can provide proof of payment from my bank if needed.
I would like my purchase sent to me and if it cannot be fullfilled then I would like a refund within the next two weeks.

On January 8th 2020 I purchased 4 signs from Freedom Crafters Décor, 1) Deer Monogram 18" circle with ***
1) 18" circle with the letter (M) ***
1) 18" circle with the letter (H) ***
1) 18" circle with the letter (E) ***
My order # *** and I paid $15.00 each for these for a total of $60.00
They shipped my signs on the 10th of January and when I received them they had been packaged while they were still wet and stuck together. When I tried to separate them they got damaged. I sent an email to them right away. This was on January 17th at 4:17 pm and told them what happened.
they responded back to me Jan. 17th at 7:47pm with this: Hi ***! I'm very sorry about that our packaging team must have forgot to separate the monograms with bubble wrap. We will go ahead and remake your order and get it sent out Monday.
I responded with an email: Thank-you I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT.
On Feb. 2nd I sent them another email asking if they had an arrival date? They responded on Feb. 3rd that it was shipped out earlier that morning and I shouls receive them in 3 to 5 days.
On Feb.18th I sent another email that I had not received them yet.
No response.... March 3rd I sent another email to them
They asked me what my order # was so I sent it to them along with all the emails I had sent them . They once again told me they would send new ones out right away and I still have not received anything from them and they won't answer my emails.
I hope you can help me with this !!! All I want is for them to make this right with me and send replacements like they said they would.
