The contractor provided flooring services to my home with minimal followup to assure the stairs were done right. Poor job and no followup.
We arranged to have our carpeted stairs replaced with tile and wood flooring. This company provided that service but did a very poor job on quality and workmanship. I understand that these jobs have a time sensitive nature and that there are other jobs in progress during the time. However when you reach out to contact the person, You should get a response and they should try their best to make things right. That is just customer service 101. When it was time to make payment his follow ups were very timely however once he received a payment he avoided all correspondence. I should know better
