I am
rejecting this response because:I have a scheduling conflict (kids with injuries) and sent an email to the *** office asking to reschedule this appointment. The tone of the response is that the office does not care when and how the work is completed. Every time I turn around there is yet another problem with the windows. I am beyond fed upThe company agreed to make payments until ALL WORK was completed and they have not held their word to this and has only paid monthly payment. My *** and I would like to have the company pay-off the loan that we had to get for the windows so that we are no longer under contract restrictions and can have a DIFFERENT contractor come in at our expense and fix all the problemsThis is now almost months after install and still no resolution.
