the book changed into a yearly editionas a business we by law can increase the costWe offer no refunds credit on account onlyif you want the book than you owe $which can be paid by check or send NEW Forever stampsThank you

we sent this man a BILL>.. to be paid, balance due $2. WE are not mailing his book until we have payment in full (we gave him option pay by check or mail 6 FOREVER new stamps). seems like he thinks his facility has his book? they do not we do and will mail soon as we get balance due on account....

I received a letter from your office regarding the complaint against "Free Bird Publication" I filed on 1/18/2018.  I'm requesting that you inform this business to please issue me a refund of 24.99 that was sent to them 11/28-2017. Because the "Inmate shopper" book always been that price and I should not have to pay additional $2.00 to receive this item. I feel this company shouldn't have increased the price without notifications.
