reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I received my print last week, but would like to note even after receiving it, I continued to get emails from them advising the print would be days late. More over, you can see from the business response, their method of tracking customers specific orders appears to be either non existent or sorely inadequate.

Good afternoon, We have released the funds back to your financial institution as of today, Tuesday, 11/28/2017 at 11:11 AM. Depending on your financial institution it could take between 7 to 14 business days to post to your account. If you call the number on the back of the card you used for this order they should be able to confirm the refund and may potentially be able to speed up the process so that it appears in your account much sooner. I have looked over the order and a refund in full was submitted and approved on 12/28/16.Please give this customer our apologies and if he has not received the refund, I would have him contact his financial institution as the refund ($151.66) should have shown in his account already.
