Free Range Cycles

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I requested the refund for bar tape from Free Range Cycles because there is no bar tape on the bike and the business did not issue a refundWhen I submitted a Revdex.com complaint, they sent a check to Revdex.com, but not meRevdex.com cannot accept the fundsFree Range Cycles needs to send the refund to meI did send them my addressI don't know why they won't just send the check to me
Free Range claims to want me to be happy with the bicycle, but there are still multiple problems with it and I will be forced to spend money at another shop to fix themI cannot allow Free Range to work on the bicycle because I cannot trust their workThis tiny refund makes a very small dent in the amount I will need to spend just to make the bicycle safe to ride.Sincerely,*** ***

Response to complaint:The bike that was sold to the customer had been previously displayed with handlebars that includedtapeWhen the template of parts was copied the word tape was used instead of "handlebar covering''.The customer received a cork grip for $The original tape would have cost
