Paper not delivered. WAY to difficult to cancel. Weak or no customer service.
For the past several months we have had a problem getting our paper delivered. This is a morning paper and should be delivered accordingly. I shouldn't have to call and send emails on a daily basis. I keep getting the same "canned" responses." I decided to cancel, and of course, this cannot be done on-line. So, I call and am informed the wait time is 20-28 minutes. This company has no problem charging me the full price (now $57.42) each month, but I must wait, call, etc., to actually get the paper. I have never received a call or email from anyone in charge. Taking my money and not delivering the merchandise seems to be fraud. Especially when is it very difficult, if not impossible to cancel.

VERY Poor Service
It is after 9 AM and no paper! Typical. On Sundays it is even worse! The paper is often thrown on the ground and not placed in the tube, bad on rainy days. I have complained and complained with no relief. Looks like its the Richmond Times Dispatch for me!
