Review: [redacted] did an irrigation job where a sump pump was removed and piping was supposed to be place on the property that he guaranteed would eliminate a drainage problem. The piping was to go from a gazebo to the sump pump area and from there on out to the street where a French drain was installed. His crew never did the segment from the gazebo to the place where piping replaced the sump pump. This has created a flooding issue that I never had before. [redacted] has been to the house twice since and guaranteed he would fix this problem. [redacted] was also supposed to place a drain near the driveway and another near a sidewalk in front of the house connecting to the main line. Both places have holding water problems. He put the drain near the driveway and said we would wait to see if it corrected the problem, again guaranteeing if it did not resolve the sidewalk issue, he would do what he had originally agreed to. Sidewalk still floods and he has not done the work even though paid $1,600.Desired Settlement: At this point, I do not think I want him back on my property. He promises to get the defects taken care of and never shows up. I feel that at least $600.00 if the payment is owed me for non delivery. I will have to bring another person in to correct the problems Mr. Winslow and his staff have created to my property.
