Fred’s was able to take my car in very quickly and offered a reasonable price. For a girl who knows nothing about cars, I appreciated that they weren’t pushing and trying to tack on a million other things that “needed fixed” like many other car shops do. They repair was done within 24 hours and haven’t had any issues since! Would recommend!

A friend, who has used Fred for years, referred me when I was looking for a mechanic 3 years ago. I have been driving from the south side to take my car to their north side location.

They explain what work needs to be done, when something needs to be done, and more importantly for me, they explain why. Their rates were far less than my dealer too. However, what is more important is that they take care of my car and answer my questions.

My car (a Honda) is 5 years old now. I tend to keep my cars for years, so a good mechanic is important. Fred’s will help me keep my car running for the next decade!
