My husband and I have used Fred's Garage for both our vehicles. The service is professional and tiMely. Fred's Garage was priced very well and now I am happily driving my 2004 expedition again.

In regards to the complaint, the customer will not receive any products from our company unless an order is placed. Our company does not save any credit card information for the customers safety, therefore we cannot do recurring charges. The customer only receives what they order and will not receive any more since we do not do auto-shipping or auto-charge. We have also replied to the emails the customer has sent us clarifying that she will not receive more of our product. We have attached the emails below since we save all emails for our reference.
