March 18, 2017To Whom It May Concern: Here at FRED’S FISH FRY we value and take seriously all of our customers comments and concerns and address them accordingly We have brought to our managers attention the statement of problems that our customer has expressed and we have reviewed our video on the date of March 10, but did not see anything of obvious concern, particularly anybody changing clothes in the kitchen or anywhere else that was in the public view of our customers In reference to some of the other concerns made by our customer we are heavily regulated by the Health Department on a regular basis and meet all standards that the Health Department requires and beyondThe selling of personal items was not viewedThere were some large drinking glasses with logos in the store but they were not for sale They were personal items that belonged to one of our employees Public restrooms are always accessible to our customers a requirement by the Health Department In reference to not having drinks, we have had some issues with our fountain machine from time to time but they are rectified by our distributor that same day FRED’S FISH FRY does not condone its employees being rude to customers and does not take this type of matter gently If there was a problem with one of our employees being rude we would hope to hear from the customer immediately so that we could inquire into the problem and resolve it. In all, FRED’S FISH FRY INChandles all of its matters tenaciously so that its customers can have a welcome feeling and feel confident that they are receiving the best possible products and service If any other concerns arise we would hope that it would be reported to us immediately so that it could be dealt with and resolved quickly Sincerely, FRED’S FISH FRY
