From the beginning of our dealings with Mr***, he has been much less than truthful with our shop and with the *** company regarding the circumstances involving the damage to his vehicle. We have made every effort to maintain contact with Mr*** during the process of his vehicle
repair and after the repairs were completed and have documented every attempted communication. Mr*** has been impossible to reach each time we've attempted communication with him. We have gone above and beyond with this vehicle repair including speaking with Mr***'s attorney about the repairs. As for his authorization, Mr*** signed our Authorization Form on November 22, 2015, which authorizes us to do the repairs on his vehicle and states that storage fees will be charged if the vehicle is not picked up and repairs paid for in full within days of completion of the repairs. The authorization that Mr*** signed also states that if his vehicle is not picked up and paid for in full within of the completion of repairs, the vehicle may be put up for public auction

Mr*** has been informed on multiple occasions that he needs to locate bumper step pads, purchase them and we would reimburse him. We have asked Mr*** to do this because any parts we have purchased for his vehicle during the repair process were never to his satisfaction. In
addition, Mr*** was reimbursed by the insurance company for the bumper step pads which means that they were never his to keep, but instead purchased by the insurance company in the settlement of his claim. We are going above and beyond in regards to this repair in allowing Mr*** to find bumper step pads that are to his satisfaction and agreeing to reimburse him
