As a young man buying his first home, I was told Fred is a honest man which he was not and ripped me of for work he did not do and I finishedHe also took me to court and made me pay him for the work I did!!! I will NEVER FORGET WHAT THIS MAN DID TO ME!! It was truly a learning experience and very costly for me!! I will never trust a person again!! On top of that I was a Police Office!! Very sad!!!
