which was sent to him under cover letter of July 11, 2014. Since that time he has selected a physician and we requested by mail on July 17,2014 authorization for that doctor.

Review: He was my comp attorney .my medical doctor has retired and he was to contact the comp carrier and get a new doctor .I have calling them for the past three months with no return calls.the doctors office said he has all my medical reports and the contact number for the comp insurance.they will not return any call and my prescriptions are running out.Idont know what else to do .please help if possible. thank youDesired Settlement: need help to get my medical and the new comp carriers name they will not give it tome. they have been paid for there service .
