Frederick C. Roehl Painting

I put down a $100.00 deposit on a painting job. Subesquently I made two payments of 50% each of total job contract price inadvertantly overlooking the deposit. When I noticed this some two months later I called and spoke to Mr. Roehl and he stated that he would leave the depost refund at my home. Several attempts at contacting him subsequently after this have left this matter unresolved. I sent a letter to him in May 2012 repeating my request for a return of the deposit and asked that if I was in error please notify or contact me in some way or form. He has failed to dispute or pay the refund.
