In emails I have received from Frederich Roofing, one says I have mph warranty The one I received yesterday saiys 130mphI have asked them to send me in writing if my original warranty has changed after repairs to roofHave sent more then one email asking this This is confusing and stressful and upsetting
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The pictures I received from Frederic Roofing showing repairs on the roof and from what I could tell the left side looks good but the shingles over the right side over the downspout have a gaps and does not look rightI spoke with [redacted] yesterday and he said that was the best they could do Sincerely, [redacted]
