Review: Contracted with business to top several tall trees. On his initial visit, he was told how short to cut the trees and that I wanted them trimmed to look neat. I had to call PG and E to move electrical lines prior to the work. He began the work and I paid the full amount. I had to go to work before he was finished and when I returned, the trees were cut much higher than agreed and the trimming of stray branches was not done at all. I have contacted him numerous times to return and complete the job but he refuses. He says he cannot finish the job because the power lines were put back.

I also believe the contractors license number he provided is fake. I also suspect the insurance documents he showed are not legitimate.Desired Settlement: I would like him to return and complete the job or give back a portion of the payment.

I have review the complaint of [redacted] and there are a lot of things that she said that we're not accurate . I am the one who notified [redacted] about the lines needing to come down and then I arranged a time the could all be put back up at no expense to [redacted] . I then showed up on the day to do he work and showed her girlfriend all of the proper information needed to start the job ins info and license info

Review: Mr. Freddy [redacted] was hired to do root and tree removal. He removed the tree

and a few roots. It was explained to him that the only reason the trees were being removed was the roots were growing everywhere. The next day it was discovered that the majority of the roots were left behind. We made several phones attempting to get the work completed. We were promised on several occasions that he would come by but he never showed up. We are attempting to have him complete this work, or at the very least a full refund of all money paid to him plus compensation for trying to find him to file small claims paperwork. We have been to all the courts and internet searches with no success.Desired Settlement: Please finish the job or reimburse all money paid to him totaling $600 plus

$ 400 in expenses to search for him. A total of $1000.
