I am rejecting this response because: I left my car at Fred's with a working radio, and it was returned to me brokenI still expect you to replace it as it was damaged under your careI hope you can see from my perspective, and I will try to look at the issue from yoursHopefully we can meet in the middle

Unfortunatly *** the battery terminals were untouched during our repairs, we do not work on stereos or radios, unfortunatly there is nothing I can do here for youBut if you have any problems in the future we will be happy to discuss in person all problems and complaintsPlease speak to *** or
*** if you have any questionsOnce again we cannot replace your stereo or pay for something that we did not damage or even work onSorry *** for what problem your stereo may have but it is completely unrelated to the speed sensor
