Showed up on time, knew what he was doing, was pleasant and professional Did his job well and left

Our AC has cooled less and run more often and longer for several days and nights Last night the fan would work but the AC did nothing I called Fred's early this AM and by mid morning *** arrived and found the main problem with a piece of equipment and found a part that was at the point for failure and replaced both parts and checked over the total AC for other potential concerns *** worked quickly, gave me information and tips I did not know about keeping the AC working well and the AC was checked out very well in a short amount of time and is cooling well now
