I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The deck has been repaired Besides being at the house, a few times to look at the windows, no solution was offered for the windows When brought up to a De George employee what the problem was, he had to agree that the windows were installed incorrectly, causing the problem Tom's last visit, in the Fall, just offered to replace the trim on the window from the water, with a service call The windows are only five years old The business where De George purchased the windows went out of business I would like to be compensated for 1/the cost of the new windows, which is $1, Regards, [redacted]
Revdex.com spoke to Tom at business and the following was relayed: We did go out to repair the deck on Wednesday, December 23rdThe deck is fixedOur foreman did go out to look at the windowsThe consumer has already had another contractor order the windows before having us look at the issueThe issues with the windows can be repaired without replacing the windows by redoing something different on the exterior and then reinstalling the current windowsWe are willing to do that for the customer
