Attached is the invoice that is signed by Mr*** that he requested, it was emailed to him on 6/6/16. This is what he needs to send to his insurance company. I hope this will resolve all of Mr***'s concerns.Thank you, *** ***

Mr*** did not address the issue. I asked for a receipt which he had previously told me he would mail, as stated it my complaint. He said he lost it and hung up. My desire is to have the receipt mailed to me. The RECEIPT is the issue in my complaint. He did not address this issue. I would like a receipt for the $I paid Mr*** on 3/17/16. The receipt should have been provided at the time of service. I can not file a claim with my insurance company as he advised us to do without a receipt.My entire roof and skylight have already been replaced by a different company, and I did not ask in my letter for anything concerning either of these. I asked for a receipt.As stated in my first letter, the desired outcome is that I get the receipt that I signed on 3/17/16, when I paid Mr*** $

It is true I did hang up on Mr***. When I am accused of being a thief I do not sit and listen. ON 3/17/he did call us out and I did put tarp over the skylight to stop any water damage. He agreed to this, I never told him I was going to replace the skylight
as you will see on the invoice. I never promised Mr*** anything other than was what is written on the invoice
