Fred Oakley and his team exemplify excellence in a day and age where customer service and communication skills are lacking. They did an addition to my home, installed new flooring throughout the house, as well as other repair jobs that came up in the original portion of the house. I had a very specific vision for the work I hired them to do, and they executed it very well. Quality of work was excellent, communication was great, but most importantly to me I’d like to mention integrity and character. I went through a personal tragedy in the midst of the renovation, and Fred and his team went above and beyond to finish their work quickly, to remedy any problems, and to help correct issues from other home renovation professionals so that I could get into the home earlier then anticipated. Fred himself has since completion even come out to help me with an issue, and stayed for a cup of coffee and to ask me how I was faring with the crisis. I would and will be recommending Fred and his team to anyone that will listen because they do quality work, are careful to fix any mistakes, and care about their client.
