The vehicle in question came to our Collision repair shop the afternoon of November 11, Our shop had to wait for [redacted] Insurance to decide if this vehicle would be a total loss, The repairs to this vehicle totaled $8,436.04, The repair work started on November 17, Thirty-four days which includes the Thanksgiving holiday is not unreasonable for a repair of this amount, There was a crash sensor malfunction due to the impact, the upper Coolant hose was on back-order from the factory and we performed a temporary repair so the customer could have the vehicle backAfter the repairs, the steering pulls to the left and the rear trailing arm in the rear suspension was bentThe customer requested we include the rear suspension trailing arm in the insurance claimOur shop explained the insurance company would not approve this repairOur repair was to the front of the vehicle and the rear suspension damage was related to the damage to the left quarter panel from a previous accident, This customer demanded the vehicle the morning of 12/15/would not wait for car to be cleaned
