Fred Beans Hyundai

Fredbeans Hyundai dealer is interested in making as much money as possible from each service rather than actual service and customer satisfaction. They are ready to loose customer to squeeze unjustified more money at one shot. Today they gave appointment for inspection but took 2 hours. Charged for high mount brake light replacement under the pretext that brightness was not enough. PA state does not have minimum lumen requirement for center brake light. But they indicated that inspection will fail. Charged $20.

I was getting my daughters car inspected and look at because a laser number was showing up on the dash of the car. First of all I had a appointment and I was there 3 hours by the time I left. The inspection and emissions passed with nothing else needed. Without my knowledge they did a diagnostic test for the laser .It cost $106.95 without them telling me they were charging me for this service. So when I check out the bill was $199.92 and it was in for an inspection and emissions which was only $81.00 . We refused to pay the bill and Rafeal the service manager was rude and inconsiderate
Please do not go to this dealer for any of your services.
