I placed a order around 10:30 pm Est. I called the following day to check the status of my order because I did not see a transaction debited from my bank account. Before I gave the guy from freckle face my order number, he asked when did I place the order I told him last night. Thereafter, I gave him the order number he act as if he was able to retrieve my order. Then he ask what the company name and goes to say it’s weird to order a bunch of bullet proof material at 10 something at night. Ask me was it a business or resident. I told him that if I’m spending my money it doesn’t matter where I put it or where it’s going. The guy From freckle face says if you want to keep being smart I don’t have to place the order. I told him I’m spending around 1900.00, they not the only place to that sell the product that I’m looking. I rather pay more for a product that offer great customer service then to give some rude person that own or is working for freckle face my money. Freckle face I suggest that you all should reevaluate yourself before representing a business. It takes customers to keep a business going. Being rude is poor customer service. I will never shop with them. Whom ever reading this try DKhardware. Shipping is fast with great customer service.

They deserve all the bad reviews they get, it's not even a matter of them asking for them they are simply unprofessional and rude. Save yourself some hassle and check out plasticyourway. Better prices and much more friendly to deal with.

I wanted to become a Contest Participant, so I placed an order for for a thick 1"x16"x16" piece of acrylic and YOU KNOW WHAT I GOT?! ..... a 1"x16"x16" piece of acrylic.......
so I got exactly what I purchased... and in a timely manner.

I ordered a peace of plastic for my management and it arrived with a sticky whitish substance dried on it. I called the business and spoke with a rude person named Gina. She told me that for $200 I could get get a copy of her book that would show me how to remove the substance. When I declined, Gina told me that I should fly to Cyprus and discuss it with my Dr. She was extremely *** and told me that I should just lick the stain clean.

Placed a order paid extra for FedEx shipping . They chose to ship USPS because it was cheaper than the extra I paid for. Sent a email about the shipping and was told if I can read I would see that its on the site they pick cheaper way to ship but you will still pay for what you pick. Sounds like theft ! I paid extra for FedEx because they bring to my house and USPS leaves stuff at box on highway and stuff has been stolen in past.

This terrible company had the audacity to charge me a shipping AND handling fee plus State tax. Yes, I live in Ohio but I am a menester and don't pay tax. Plus, the tube shaped 2 dozen Items I ordered were supposed to be Black plastic. They arrived in a clear plastic. When I called to discuss this with the company, the owner told me to I should die and use spray paint.

Would not recommend this company to an enemy. The man that answers the phone is probably the rudest representative I’ve ever spoken with, no exaggeration. He refused to give me a simple description about the product he stated he “specialized” in & in turn actually insulted me. No recommendations, advice or insite was offered. Don’t waste your time or money. Sub par products.

I asked a question about my purchase and the service representative was very rude and wouldn't give me a resolution to the problem and proceeded to tell me its my fault I did not receive my product

I originally purchased two sheets of acrylic from FreckleFace.com for a custom dining table I was building. I received the package but didn't open it for several weeks as I was busy on other projects. When I opened it and removed the protective film there was a weird marking on one of them. It looked as though there was some sort of chemical reaction that accord and it wouldn't clean off. I contacted FreckleFace.com and they told me their policy is it has to be reported within 5 days of receiving the product. I was annoyed but I understood from their end so I ordered another piece.

The new piece arrived and the next day I opened it to find cracks on the corner, sides and a scratch right in the middle. The scratch in the middle was revealed when I pulled the protective film off. I immediately took pictures and sent them in an email asking them to please send me a replacement. I even offered to take this other one to the post office and return it to them if they paid for the shipping so they could recoup some of their money back. These sheets are roughly $200 each with shipping. I received an email back saying they sent me a good piece and there was nothing that could be done. I called and spoke with the owner who's name is Rick. Rick was honestly one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. He called me a lair and said that I tried blaming the first slab on them, which I didn't. He told me I was "wasting his time". I was as calm and collected as anyone could be in this situation and tried to respectfully tell him that the fact of the matter was I received a damaged product, whether that happened when it left your shop or in transit it was damaged the second I opened it and I want a new one. He said there was nothing that could be done, stop wasting his time and hung up on me.
