I placed an order with this company and received my order with some items missing. I have e-mailed them SEVERAL times, with no response, other than to tell me that some items may come separately. This order consisted of 2 of one bundle of items. I asked why they would possibly send 2 of the same bundles, (in one order), in 2 separate packages. No response. Calling on the phone is of no use. It is either busy, or I get the message that they are having problems with their phone. I have sent to them, a copy of my order and order number, so they know of which order I am referring. It is not that these items were expensive, but it is the principle of the idea of not responding. I just tried the phone number you are showing, which is different than that on their website. Not good! Voicemail is not set up on this number. I am starting with this review, but may end up with a claim. I hope this company realizes that you have had a review.
