Fraziers Small Engine Repair

I brought a 2003 arctic cat 500 atv to *** May 29, 2018 to repair. I waited a month and a half with no results. He kept telling me He was 70 % finished. Turns out He never did anything to the bike. He left it uncovered and rain got in the motor and rusted all the parts. He lost some parts. But most of all He ask for a deposit of One hundred twenty five dollars and zero cents. He will not return money even though he did absolutely no mechanic work on the four wheeler what so ever.He always has a excuse to wait a couple of days. My concern is to protect someone else from being scammed by this business.
