Frazier Moving and Delivery

Review: My husband and I moved on 7-3-15 from Citrus Heights to Grass Valley, CA. It took the movers 9 1/2hrs. to load and unload a 1bedroom apt. The travel time from Citrus Heights to Grass Valley was an hr. The movers were taking their time loading and unloading. When I called Frazier and spoken to [redacted](owner) he guaranteed me that it will take about 4-5hrs. total. I informed him that we had to be at my house unload everything no later than 1pm because the cable tech is coming to install the cable. The movers took their sweet time and was moving slow. They scratched the entertainment center on the top and both sides. They broke two dressers which was less than 6months old. I heard one of the movers dropped a cooler that consist of food that needed to be refrigerated. He dropped some eggs without informing me and I found out by accident. I called Frazier and spoke to [redacted] and complained. The only thing he keeps telling me is,"let me call my crew and find out what's going on". Not once did he even try to apogized or offer any kind of reimbursement. My husband and I were very disappointed, frustrated and livid how our move turned out.Desired Settlement: My husband and I feel that they were unprofessional and careless with our belongings. We feel that we should get half of our money back since we will have to purchase another dresser and possibly an entertainment center. We feel that they were purposely moving in a slow manner because we were paying them by the hour.
