hello ***, It was my understanding that you would engrave the remainder (my fathers date of death) after he
passed away. When he showed it to me the first time he said all I had to do is call you to have his date doneThat "everything was taken care of" Which means to me to just call and it would be done at N/C. When we have spoken you have never mentioned a charge, just that you were having trouble finding an engraver. Respectfully, *** ***
