rejecting this response because:We are sorry to hear about your health-related issues but we do not accept that as an excuse for the following:- Failure to follow up with us over the last two months regarding the status of our payment agreement- Failure to make the first and second payments of the money owed to us, as agreed, totaling $4,050- Failure to make good on the agreement to finish painting the exterior of our home, or simply refund the paint deposit of $900The only resolution we will accept is payment, in full, for the amounts listed above, totaling $4,We are prepared to seek legal assistance if we do not receive payment in a reasonable time.We are deeply disturbed by your willingness to take money from clients and not deliver the work as promised and will do whatever is necessary to get our money back and, hopefully, prevent others from making the same mistake we did in selecting you as our general contractor

Hi [redacted] I’m aware of the complaint of the costumer I just had a very bad time sick and m company has to stop I’m gonna be in contact with the costumers to finish this matter in no more than 3 weeks I don’t want any problem I already have problems with my health
