I called this company a week before Thanksgiving to fix a leaking faucetWas told they would call back for appointment, never heard from themWe tried again today Decto replace a faucet and was told same thingThey never called back!! I guess our job wasn't big enoughNot very business like for a company that has been in business since 1941!!! I don't know how they have been in business so long

I called this company a week before Thanksgiving to fix a leaking faucet. Was told they would call back for appointment, never heard from them. We tried again today Dec.11 to replace a faucet and was told same thing. They never called back!! I guess our job wasn't big enough. Not very business like for a company that has been in business since 1941!!! I don't know how they have been in business so long.
