The sectional was delivered and had some damage to them in which I did not see nor was I notified about any damage so I called johnathan p [redacted] the store manager at the Chandler location and he stated that he knew about the damage and had thought that I knew about it also in which I wasn't notified and did not know and I asked if I can get my money back and he stated no that definitely Isn't going to happen and then he said look Adrian what would make you happy besides getting your money back and I stated just to be treated fairly because I feel like I got ripped off I just want you guys to make it right and john stated ok what if I give you a generous discount on another piece of furniture would that make me happy and I answered yes john it would because I do need some beds

Customer put dollars down on a sectional lay awayHis time had passed to complete purchase but as a gesture of goodwill we applied his down payment to our Chandler storeOur stores offer two levels of pricingOne is a discounted cash and carry price the other is a lay away or finiancing
priceThe customer came into our store to pick out a sectional to apply his down payment toHe did that but he got violent in our store when he was told we would not offer the cash and carry price for his several month old lay awayThe police were called and he was issued a trespassing citationWe later completed the transaction through a calmer relative and even now he claims it was not the sectional that he chose
