Fraser Valley Ponds

I hired Fraser Valley Ponds to install a pond, they are quick to put their hand out for money, but don't reply to any requests afterwards. I never received a receipt for the work or manual for the pump. My mistake was paying before receiving paperwork.
I have asked them 3 or more times for this paperwork. With no results. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I regret having to post this complaint, as they seem like nice guys. But I have to let other potential customers know about my experience. I will change my opinion if they come through with my requests. Until then I have no choice but to express my opinion.
