Franky J's disagree with all complaints made against them from [redacted] This matter has been resolved by refunding $on June 6, As for the complaint, I received a text message the following morning praising our workNone of her items were boxed They were all in brown grocery bags only had enough money for the minimum of @ hours, but we completed the job on a holiday with a free hour of labor valued at $I do not agree with refunding anything to customer, but felt this would be the fastest way to resolve this situation I can attach all text messages if needed, but the customer has already submitted a letter stating that she is satisfied

We had a fantastic service from Franky J's MovingThey moved our bedroom home across country and they did it 50% cheaper than the competitionOur property arrived in hours (not days) before we as a family could even arrive at our new locationNot single damage or scratches was done to any of our propertiesWell done guys!!

The best moving experience I ever had The guys were on time, nice, and took extra care of my things I would recommend Franky J's to anyone

We used this moving service May and they did an excellent job, under tough circumstances It turned out that our house being built was not ready and we had to move all furnishings into a garage only, with no drive-way and in the mud, they could not back up to the garage - having to move from the street to the garage by foot I will always use this company for any moving purposes!

My boyfriend and I hired Franky Js For our move from Jackson, MS to Atlanta,GA We were amazed by the professionalism of the team The gentlemen in charge of my move was punctual, well mannered, and treated my items with care- not your typical moving company! These guys paid attention to detail, didn't damage any of my furniture or walls and made the process very smoothI would recommend his services as it was beyond excellent
