Frank's Window Cleaning

Review: I had a discussion with [redacted] at Frank's window washing last Friday and negotiate a rate of $80.50 window football windows to be done in our building. Each shareholder/tenant was to contact him directly and this rate would be available to them for limited period of time. When tenant started calling him he reneged on the right try to charge a higher fee.Desired Settlement: An apology letter to the building and agreement to stand by the original rate we negotiated

Frank did a great job, he showed up on time and was very professional.
