Put metal roof on a 28 x 60 including seamless guttering. Now roofing a 20 x 40 garage and installing seamless guttering. Frank returnes our phone calls promptly. The crew has always cleaned up and down excellent work.

Review: Contractor was called in regard to problems with a leak around chimney after a new roof and gutters were installed. Contractor responded to home owner and came out to review chimney and gutter installation on June *, 2013. Contractor agreed gutter was improperly installed and would repair. Contractor also agreed to further inspect and repair chimney flashing as needed and install chimney cap to try to resolve leak. Additionally, contractor agreed to trim out flashing under rear bedroom and kitchen windows which was not done properly. At least a half a dozen follow-up calls have been made by homeowner to the contractor since June ** and today's date July ** to find out when "agreed to" work would be performed. Contractor has not responded to any of the calls.Desired Settlement: Do repair work as agreed to on June **, 2013

I telephoned Frank's Home Improvements a couple months ago (November)during a down pour of rain. I asked if his business would fix 2 leaks in our roof. Yes was the answer. Asked for my phone number, which I gave him. Said he would call back.

After a few days, I realized there was no intention for a roof leak fixed, and to date, I haven't received a return call!

Poor business practices such as this will ruin your reputation.
