Frank's Automotive Repair

My car was supposed to be repaired within 1 week. I paid a $500 down payment and it's been over 5 weeks and car is not fixed. My car supposedly has a blown head gasket that was supposed to be repaired within 1 week. I dropped off the car and a week later, the owner said he need a $500 down payment. I gave him the down payment and the car still hasn't been fixed. It's been at least 5 weeks. The owner doesn't answer the phone. I received about 3 text messages each time promising the car would be fixed in 2 to 3 days.Desired SettlementIt is costing me additional money to not have my car by driving a truck which burns more gas. I should received a considerable discount for additional charges incurred during these 5 weeks.
